We are home again

...as Katy woke up with a bit of a fever again today.

Right now we are watching Veggie Tales: The Ultimate Silly Song Countdown. Katy thought that Jamie would enjoy it and she was correct. He is sitting in his swing in front of the television kicking his feet and talking to the screen, which is very cute. My favorite song so far is The Cheeseburger Song but we haven't gotten through the entire countdown yet so we'll see if I'm of the same opinion when it is over.

I forgot how much I love Veggie Tales.

(Note to self: Get DVD versions of Veggie Tales. The VHS versions just aren't cutting it anymore on a high-def television. Darn my husband for making me a tech snob.

Update: My favorite Silly Song on this video is The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything. It might have been number 2 in the countdown (The Hairbrush Song won) but it's number 1 in my book. Whether the pirate song is my favorite of all time remains to be seen as I'm sure there is one called God Is Bigger Than The Boogeyman (or something like that) that Laura totally LOVED when she was little and convinced that there were monsters under her bed.
