Yeah, I know...620 CALORIES. And to that I say "So what?"
Life is too dang short to not have a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup cookie the size of my baby's head once in awhile. Besides, 10 grams of protein is nothing to shake a stick at.
Foods that contain as much or less protein than my cookie:
- chicken thigh or drumstick (10 grams)
- 3 slices of bacon (9 grams)
- one large egg (6 grams)
- 8 oz. glass of milk (8 grams)
- 1/2 cup beans (varies by bean but averages around 7-10 grams)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (8 grams)
