I don't know the last time my son slept through the night. I'm exhausted. Seriously. I think he's trying to kill me. Last night he woke up and sobbed for what seemed like forever. He wouldn't even NURSE. (You have no idea how shocking THAT is.) I'm pretty sure he's teething. I hope to goodness that is it and this too SHALL PASS.

I should feel grateful. For his first six months he slept through the night more often than not. Problem is...we got used to that whole "sleeping" thing. Now we feel like brand new sleep-deprived parents. LOL

I know that soon enough he will be a cranky teenager that we can't drag out of bed. I don't want to wish that time will go any faster than it already is. I love my little guy and he's at SUCH a cute age. I don't want to miss a minute of it. (Well...except perhaps those minutes that occur between 1 and 5 a.m. I'm ok with sleeping through those minutes.)

I would like to get a little shuteye though. *yawn*

You must be off today. Fun. There's always nap time to catch some sleep?

Alas I am NOT off today. I did a quick post during my lunch break.

Here's hoping that you and your son are able to sleep much more soundly in the early morning hours in the very near future. :)

Oh, I feel your pain! Seems like you get behind on sleep and you never catch up...we mamas must be so far behind on sleep, it'll take ages to catch up (all the while it is ageing us)!! Good night, sleep tight!

I'm with you. We currently have a teether. He's a little over one, so not really waking much at night, but is FUSSY during the day!

Hope you get some extra sleep today.
